Refund policy

At WAWAWE , customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below:
Products may only be exchanged or refunded if they are found to be damaged or major defective.
Once goods are sold, they are strictly non-refundable or exchangeable unless you receive items that are majorly damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you received a major defect or wrong item(s), kindly contact us at email: www@wawawe.co for the returns or refund. 
If the item(s) is damaged in transit or defective, you have the right to enter a claim.
How to Enter a Claim
Please contact us by email or whatsapp within 7 days once the product is received and discover the fault. The faulty product shall be returned beforehand and a replacement product will be sent, subject to availability. 
Otherwise, the faulty product will be refunded in full when we have received the defective product. We will compensate for the shipping cost of returning products. In the case of a full refund, we will also compensate the initial shipping costs. We are not responsible for payment gateway’s processing fee.
Eligibility for Refunds
Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Damaged or defective Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.
Refunds are only available for items with manufacturing defects or items that were damaged during delivery.
Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please contact us at www@wawawe.co with your order number, details of the issue, and proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
